The main focus for contemporary art in Berwick is the nationally respected
Gymnasium Gallery. Opened in 1993 in the old gymnasium at Berwick Barracks,
it has show a wide variety of work from cutting edge 'installations' to
the compositions of abstract painters.
Shown here is one of the more accessible and witty exhibitions of recent
